About Us

Family-owned since 1974

Central City Scale is a family-owned scale manufacturer in Central City, Nebraska. Our people have more than 100 years of combined experience in the scale business, and that experience is what lets us deliver when you need us.

We started in 1974 and built the business on high-quality agricultural scale fabrication and repair. Farm technology has changed a lot since then, and we have changed how we think about weighing to keep doing the most important job: serving you.

We have serviced scales on farms for over 50 years, so we know what you need. Midwestern pride of workmanship lets us build quality scales at a reasonable cost. When you call, a person in the shop answers the phone.

In the middle of the country

Central Nebraska sits squarely between the coasts and in the heart of the surface transportation system, which gives our customers a shipping advantage. We have easy access to trucking companies, rail shipping and Interstate 80.
