Scale Passport

Every scale we ship carries a Scale Passport tag on the junction box. Scan the QR code with your phone camera, or type the six-character tag number here.

Your passport shows your cart, running gear, weigh-bar sizes, indicator and calibration date, the help guides for your exact setup, and a parts form that already knows your scale. It never shows your name or contact details.

No tag on your scale? Call and we will look it up.
